As Director of Client Relations Josh makes sure that the individuals in our program have the resources they need while in treatment, as well as any resources they may need as they complete and move on to the next step in their recovery journey. As Health and Safety Officer he keeps our facility operating in accordance with AR state guidelines and standards. Josh promotes the model of multiple pathways in recovery and helps set clients up with a personal and individualized aftercare plan upon completion. "I wanted to work in recovery to help people get out of the same pit that I had been in. My 23 years of addiction went from being stigmatizing, to becoming the lived experience I needed to help show others that there is hope for them. Showing others that recovery is not just about staying sober, but about recovering a life that you have lost along the way." Outside of work, Josh spends time with his two sons, loves hitting the gym and competing in adventure races. One of his favorite quotes: "Waste no more time arguing about what a good man should be. Be one."- Marcus Aurelius
