Jeffrey Crowder is a North Little Rock, AR native.

After years of struggling with substance abuse, the realization that active addiction was not sustainable spurred the desire to change his lifestyle. During the early stages of his recovery journey, Jeffrey decided one of his goals would be to become a nurse like his mother, Donna. As he completed his nursing education, his aspiration of working in recovery to be a support to others who are struggling became his focus.

As the Director of Nursing, he is able to share his personal journey of hope and recovery, encouraging men from around Arkansas that sobriety is achievable.

When he’s not working, Jeffrey is big into fitness. Cooking for his wife and kids is also one of his most favorite things to do. He loves being able to share his story and help others along their journey. He frequently tells people that he loves sobriety and the best times of his life have been lived in sobriety
